Wasteland Reading Circle #2

Matilde Patuellic

Within the exhibition Out of place Collective.wasteland and Tentrotterdam are organizing a mini-series of reading groups in which we explore how we live together with waste, ecology, and the city.

During this second session, Matilde Patuellic invites us to a reading circle in which voices come together that inspire us to unlearn the hierarchical structures in which we participate daily: they remind us that the forest is not just a habitat, but a world in itself (Ursula K. The Guin), show how contamination can also mean cooperation (Anna Tsing), moving towards plurality and redesigning the self (Arturo Escobar), and invert the concept of “weird” through playful navigation (Jonaya Kemper).

This session is based on Present by Nature, a collaborative project by Matilde Patuelli and Roberta di Cosmo

No preparation needed — we read, discuss, and explore together in the moment.

Participation is free — please register via info@collectivewasteland.nl
